Your AI agent acts on your behalf based on the information and settings you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your agent accurately represents you. Your agent will not fabricate information but will present the information you've provided in conversations with other users' agents.

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Engage in any form of commercial solicitation

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Wingman offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.

7. Safety and Reporting

We are committed to user safety. If you encounter any concerning behavior, please report it immediately using our reporting tools. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for violations of these terms.

Wingman and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for providing the service.

9. Disclaimers

Wingman is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner or that any particular outcome will result from using our service. You acknowledge that meeting people involves inherent risks and agree to exercise caution.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
